All customer purchases are delivered to the address listed in PayPal at the time of the customer placing their order within the United Kingdom. Any non-received items caused by an invalid address stored on PayPal at the time of order/purchase is not refundable. Please ensure that your confirmed delivery address stored on your PayPal account is correct before placing your order and submitting payment.
All customer purchases are delivered normally by Royal Mail (Second Class – Signed For) tracked delivery service and will require a signature at the time of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
We are sorry to say that we currently do not sell our products outside of the United Kingdom. This is due to the very high cost of International postage.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in it’s original condition within 14 days of receipt.
All returned items must not have been USED or DAMAGED and must be returned in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation to the Bella Luce address given on the packing slip. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item(s).
All products will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
